§ 26-4-100-4

26:4-100.4. Typhoid vaccine and other biologicals and antibiotics; free distribution The Department of Health of the State of New Jersey is hereby authorized, within the limits of available appropriations therefor, to purchase and to distribute free, in accordance with rules of said department, typhoid vaccine, other biologicals, and antibiotics, for use in preventing or treating communicable diseases.
