§ 26-4-100-9

26:4-100.9. Participation and cooperation of other State departments In carrying out the purposes of this act the commissioner is authorized to enlist the participation and co-operation of the State Department of Education, the Division of Purchase and Property, the Division of Civil Defense and any other department or division which in his opinion may be of assistance to him, and every such department or division, so enlisted, is authorized and directed so to assist the commissioner.
