§ 26-4-117

26:4-117. Powers and duties of temporary port health officer A temporary port health officer shall exercise all the powers conferred upon, and perform all the duties required of, the local board of health by this article. He shall wholly supersede the local board having jurisdiction of the place for which he may be appointed in the exercise of such powers and the performance of such duties.
