§ 26-4-13

26:4-13. Removal of order prohibiting sale Every person upon whom any such order may be served shall obey it. The prohibition shall continue until the state department shall have had an opportunity to examine the matter, and shall have removed the prohibition by the service of another order in writing signed by the proper representative of the department.
