§ 26-4-97

26:4-97. Disposition of receipts from sale of supplies All moneys received from the sale of such laboratory supplies shall be paid by the state department to the state treasurer and shall be added to the amount appropriated for the support of the bacteriological laboratory, and shall be expended by the state department for the maintenance of the laboratory.
