§ 26-6-29

26:6-29. Acceptance for shipment If no such permit shall be brought with the body, or if the body be shipped by express and no permit is attached to the box in which the body is incased, then any common carrier may refuse to transport or to receive for transportation any such body until the permit has been obtained.
