26:9-12.9. Hearings; annual reports The commission may meet and hold hearings at such place or places as it shall designate from time to time and shall report annually its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the Legislature, accompanying the same with any legislative bills which it may desire to recommend for adoption by the Legislature.
