§ 26-9-13-1

26:9-13.1. Incumbents to continue in office The members of the county mosquito extermination commissions of the several counties, in office when this act takes effect, shall continue in office until the expiration of their respective terms of office. L.1948, c. 383, p. 1564, s. 2.
