26:9-19. Officers and employees The commission shall choose annually from among its members a president and treasurer, appoint a clerk or secretary and such other officers and employees as it may deem necessary, but it shall not employ any of its own members. The commission shall also make rules and regulations governing the duties and compensation of its employees.
