27:13A-9. Control and supervision by commissioner All work undertaken by any county or municipality pursuant to the provisions of this act shall be performed in accordance with such standards for design, construction, reconstruction and improvement as shall be prescribed by the commissioner, and shall be subject to his control and supervision.
