27:15A-4. Approval or disapproval within thirty days The State Highway Commissioner, within thirty days from the date of the filing of any such application by any county so affected, shall either approve the same or disapprove and return the same with reasons for disapproval after which the application may be resubmitted by the county to which it has been returned and may be acted upon in the same manner as if originally filed in the amended or corrected form.
