§ 27-15a-5

27:15A-5. Certification of amount set aside; limitation Upon the approval of any such application, the State Highway Commissioner is hereby empowered and authorized in his discretion to certify the amount of State moneys which he will set aside, and pay to the said county, for or on account of the repair or replacement of such roads or bridges up to an amount not exceeding seventy-five per centum (75%) of the total cost thereof.
