27:1A-46. Transfer of employees to department of transportation Such employees of the Division of Motor Vehicles the functions, powers and duties of whom have been herein transferred to the Department of Transportation, as the Commissioner of Transportation may determine are needed for the proper performance of the functions and duties imposed upon the Department of Transportation are hereby transferred to the Department of Transportation to which such functions, powers, and duties have been herein transferred.
