27:1A-54. Transfer of employees Such employees of the Division of Taxation assigned to the administration of the 'Outdoor Advertising Act' prior to the reorganization of the division, the functions, powers and duties of which have been transferred to the Department of Transportation are hereby transferred to the Department of Transportation subject to the approval of the Director, Division of Taxation and the Commissioner of Transportation.
