27:1A-56. Transfer of files, books, property, etc. All files, books, papers, records, equipment and other property of the Division of Taxation pertaining to the administration of the 'Outdoor Advertising Act' the functions, powers, and duties of which have been herein transferred to the Department of Transportation shall upon the effective date of this act be transferred to the Department of Transportation.
