§ 27-1a-61

27:1A-61. Supersedure of inconsistent acts All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with any of the provisions of this act are, to the extent of such inconsistencies, superseded and shall be deemed inoperative. L.1972, c. 40, s. 10, eff. July 1, 1972.
