27:1A-69. Utilization of personnel, facilities and resources of other agencies of state The commissioner may utilize the personnel, facilities and resources of any other department or agency of the State or any political subdivision thereof, in carrying out his powers and duties under this act, in accordance with such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between the commissioner and such department or agency.
