27:25A-25. Authority to own, operate transportation, parking facilities 25. The authority, as the successor to the Atlantic County Transportation Authority, shall be the owner and operator of all transportation and parking facilities and other properties of the Atlantic County Transportation Authority, and may continue to operate all facilities and services previously operated by the Atlantic County Transportation Authority.
