27:25A-38. Regulations for outdoor advertising on Atlantic City Expressway 38. The erection, use or maintenance of any structure for the display of outdoor advertising on the Atlantic City Expressway shall be consistent with the provisions of P.L.1959, c.191 (C.54:40-50 et seq.) and P.L.1979, c.111 (C.13:18A-1 et seq.) and the regulations promulgated pursuant to those laws.
