§ 27-25a-7-1

27:25A-7.1. Route 42 to remain toll-free 2. Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the authority shall not fix, charge or collect tolls or other charges for the use of State Highway Route No. 42, or any parts or sections thereof, which it may acquire ownership of pursuant to an agreement between the authority and the department.
