27:26A-4.1. Submission of revision of State Implementation Plan 1. As authorized by Section 182(d)(1) of the Clean Air Act as amended by Pub.L.104-70, the Commissioner of Environmental Protection shall submit a revision of the State Implementation Plan submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to the Clean Air Act removing provisions of the State Implementation Plan requiring employers to reduce work-related vehicle trips and miles traveled by employees.
