27:5B-1. Acquisition, construction, maintenance, repair or operation of projects The State Highway Commissioner may, under contract with any Authority in the State Highway Department, undertake and perform any acts in connection with the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, maintenance, repair or operation of any project or projects of such Authority, at the sole expense of such Authority.
