§ 27-10-2

27:10-2. Municipal obligations issued The governing body of the municipality may provide and raise moneys to be expended for the work contemplated by section 27:10-1 of this title, by issuing notes or bonds under the provisions of article 1 of chapter 1 of the title Municipalities and Counties (s. 40:1-1 et seq.). The obligations issued hereunder and renewals thereof shall be made under the provisions and limitations of section 40:1-8 of the title Municipalities and Counties.
