§ 27-12-4

27:12-4. Sale or exchange of unused lands When the commissioner shall determine that lands, the fee to which he has acquired or shall acquire in the name of the state, are no longer required for highway purposes, he may exchange or sell at private sale and convey said lands for the purpose of acquiring other lands required for highway purposes.
