§ 27-13-1

27:13-1. State aid roads; standards for construction and maintenance No funds shall be expended for state aid to counties or municipalities unless the roads constructed therewith conform to standards prescribed by the department and the county or municipality shall have entered into an agreement with the department that the road will be kept in repair by patrol or such other method as shall be adopted by the commissioner.
