§ 27-13-2

27:13-2. Annual work program; filing; approval All expenditures for state aid to counties or municipalities for the improvement, maintenance or repair of highways or for the building, maintenance or repair of bridges shall be in accordance with annual work programs prepared by the governing bodies thereof and filed with and approved by the commissioner. The work programs shall be submitted on blanks prepared by the commissioner and shall differentiate between state aid for highway construction, state aid for highway maintenance, state aid for bridge construction and state aid for bridge maintenance.
