27:14-6. Bridges and culverts; specifications, advertisements and contracts Bridge and culvert building may be included in the road contract or separately contracted for and advertised as provided in section 27:14-12 of this title. Each separate contract shall be approved by the commissioner. All advertisements shall be made as required by this article and all bids received shall give separately the price of each bridge or culvert when included in the road contract.
