27:15-1.16. Repeal The following act is hereby repealed: 'An act concerning State aid for the construction, reconstruction, grading, drainage, maintenance and repair of certain city, town, township, village and borough roads, and amending section 27:15-1 of the Revised Statutes,' approved April thirtieth, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six (P.L.1946, c. 196).
