27:15-20. Repeal 'An act authorizing municipalities in certain counties to use moneys appropriated for road and street maintenance for general road and street improvements in such municipalities, subject to the approval of the State Highway Commissioner,' approved November eighteenth, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, is repealed.
