27:16-21. Bond issue For the purpose of providing the money necessary for the construction of the road contemplated by section 27:16-20 of this title the board of chosen freeholders may issue bonds or notes in accordance with the provisions of article 1 of chapter 1 of the title Municipalities and Counties (s. 40:1-1 et seq.).
