27:16-41. Other state aid laws unaffected; contracts; law applicable Nothing in this chapter shall repeal any law providing for the improvement of roads by counties with state aid, or any law providing for a state highway commissioner, or a state highway system, but where a county, with or without state aid, is charged with the drafting of specifications and the letting of such contract, the provisions of chapter 25 of the title Municipalities and Counties (s. 40:25-1 et seq.) shall govern.
