§ 27-23-33

27:23-33. Violation resulting in injury or death or property damage over $5000 a high misdemeanor Notwithstanding the provisions of section eight hereof, if the violation within the State of the provisions of section seven hereof shall result in injury or death to a person or persons or damage to property in excess of the value of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00), such violation shall constitute a high misdemeanor.
