27:23-43 Authorization relative to existing projects, facilities of the Highway Authority. 4. The authority, pursuant to the provisions of this act, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, improve, manage, repair and operate a project known as the 'Garden State Parkway,' authorized pursuant to section 20 of P.L.1952, c.16 (C.27:12B-20), repealed by this act, and any other existing project or facility of the Highway Authority.
