Nothing in or done pursuant to the powers and obligations set forth in this amendatory and supplementary act (P.L.1991, c.183) shall in any way limit or restrict the obligations or powers of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority to carry out and perform each and every covenant, agreement or contract heretofore made or entered into by the Authority or the New Jersey Highway Authority with respect to its bonds or for the benefit, protection or security of the holders thereof.
