§ 27-25-18

27:25-18. Exemptions from claims of creditors and levy, execution or attachment Real property and rolling stock owned or used by the corporation shall be exempt from all claims of creditors and from levy, execution or attachment. L.1979, c. 150, s. 18, eff. July 17, 1979.
