27:5-32 Rules, regulations. 4. The Commissioner of Transportation shall, pursuant to the provisions of the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), adopt rules and regulations as may be necessary to effectuate the purposes of P.L.2015, c.227 (C.27:5-29 et seq.).
