27:6-2. Certain former routes included in system The state highway system shall also include any routes established, taken over and constructed under acts in effect prior to March thirtieth, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, unless such routes have or shall have been vacated or abandoned by the commissioner as provided by law.
