27:7-22.5. Availability of funds to carry out purposes of act The commissioner in order to carry out the purposes of this act is hereby authorized to use the funds allocated to the State of New Jersey by the United States Secretary of Commerce pursuant to the 'Highway Beautification Act of 1965.'
