§ 27-7-32

27:7-32. Failure to provide bond; rejection of bid If the bidder fails to provide a satisfactory proposal bond as provided in section 27:7-31 of this Title, his bid shall be rejected. Amended by L.1977, c. 67, s. 3, eff. April 21, 1977.
