§ 27-7-50

27:7-50. Property to be part of highway system The land or water rights and the piers, wharves or docks shall become a part of the state highway system and shall be under the supervision and control of the department, and when the piers, wharves or docks have been acquired or erected they shall be maintained by the state out of the funds appropriated, raised or collected for the use of the department.
