27:7-96. New subdivisions After adoption of the access code, as provided by section 3 of this amendatory and supplementary act, no property abutting a State highway shall be subdivided in a manner which would create additional lots abutting that highway unless all the abutting lots so created are in accord with the standards established in the access code.
