§ 28-1-15

28:1-15. Municipal committees or commissions; funds from private sources; other powers The historic sites commission may authorize the formation of committees or commissions of citizens interested in the preservation and care of any of the memorials, monuments, sites and buildings transferred to its care by this article (s. 28:1-13 et seq.), and may also authorize the collection of funds from private sources for the maintenance and care of such memorials, monuments, sites and buildings; and may otherwise assist in the purpose and to promote the interests of such memorials, monuments, sites and buildings.
