§ 28-1-4

28:1-4. Rules and regulations; seal The commission may adopt rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of this article, for the proper disposition and administration of any property to which it may acquire title or gain control under the provisions of this article. The commission may adopt a seal for the proper authentication of its acts.
