28:2-31. Lapsing funds 10. Upon expiration of the New Jersey Railroad and Transportation Museum Commission, in accordance with section 13 of this act, all moneys remaining in the fund established under section 7 of this act shall lapse to the Railroad and Transportation Museum Fund.
