29:4-7. Posting copy of act and range of rates Every person engaged in the business of furnishing public lodging accommodations in a hotel shall post in a conspicuous place or manner in each and every guest room, a printed copy of this act and a statement of the range of rates charged by the hotel, including seasonal rates.
