Double costs on appeal after jury verdict Where an appeal is taken from a judgment of any court of record of this state after verdict of a jury, and the judgment is affirmed, the prevailing party shall, unless the appellate court shall in express terms adjudge to the contrary, be entitled to double costs on the appeal.
