2A:17-56.13a. Alimony, maintenance, child support payments; electronic funds transfer, credit card a. Every probation department may establish a system to accept alimony, maintenance or child support payments through electronic funds transfer, credit card, or any other method deemed feasible by the department. b. The Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey shall adopt Rules of Court appropriate or necessary to effectuate the purpose of this act. L.1990,c.53,s.1.
