2A:17-56.33. Annual report to Governor, Legislature 7. The Department of Human Services, in conjunction with the Administrative Office of the Courts, shall submit an annual report to the Governor and the Legislature by December 31 of each year about the pilot project. This report shall contain, but not be limited to: a. The number of cases referred by the probation departments to the collection agency; b. The dollar amount of each outstanding case; c. The number of cases in which an arrearage was collected and the dollar amount collected; d. The number of uncollected cases and the dollar amount represented by those cases; and e. An assessment of the success of the pilot project and the feasibility of establishing the use of private collection agencies Statewide. L.1993,c.110,s.7.
