2A:17-56.9b. Rules, regulations a. The Commissioner of Human Services shall, in accordance with the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), adopt and promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary for the implementation of this act. b. The Supreme Court shall promulgate rules and procedures as may be necessary for the implementation of this act by the courts and probation departments. L.1990,c.92,s.6.
