2A:18-38. Operation and effect of docketed judgment in general 2A:18-38. A judgment docketed in the Superior Court in the manner herein provided shall, from the time of its docketing, operate as though it were a judgment obtained in an action originally commenced in the Superior Court other than in the Special Civil Part.
